  • Yes, we accept pets with the following conditions:

    • A non-refundable $250 pet fee

    • A $250 pet deposit

    • Maximum of 2 pets per household

  • The deposit for reserving a home at The Oaks is $1,200. Once your application has been accepted, a

    minimum of $400 is due within 72 hours to take the home off the market. The remaining portion must be

    paid in full before move-in. This deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent.

  • No! There is no application fee to apply for residency, but there is a fee to run a background check which is paid to a third party service.

  • Yes. We perform a background/credit check on every adult (over the age of 18) that will reside at the property.

  • If you are able to supply all of the documents required, your application will be processed within 5 business days, from receipt of all required documentation.
